Having worked on world leading projects in a variety of industries as a manufacturer and direct consultant to major projects we have now established ourselves offering a complete service from design, engineering and manufacture of one off, R&D, low volume and high volume structures and components.

Our History

Over the years we have developed novel technologies to be able to offer high quality services to a variety of industries such as Aerospace, Defence, Medical, Automotive and Marine. Our experience ranges from ultra-lightweight novel Aerospace R&D aerostructures through to low/high volume propulsion and flight critical components.

  • Large, clean composite production space for layup and assembly of structures/components
  • 70m2 ISO 8 spec clean room; environmentally controlled, for layup of contamination free composites
  • 1.6m dia x 4m Aerospace spec composite autoclave 10 bar, 250c operating pressure/temp for producing perfect, complex void free carbon fibre components and matched CTE carbon tooling
  • 7m x 2m x 2m high temperature curing oven (extendable if required) for out of autoclave processing of pre-pregs under vacuum and post cures
  • 3 axes and 5 axes CNC machining for production of direct mould tools/patterns/trimming of components/jigs/non-ferrous metals (3.6m x 1.8m x 1.2m)
  • Dedicated trim and finishing area
  • Large walk in freezers for pre-preg storage, most common pre-pregs stocked
  • Full environmental logging for full traceability of all procedures
  • Full in house design suite including Solidworks for anything from simply opening clients models through to full design/engineering service, design of tooling/fixtures/jigs, etc. Structural calcs/FEA
  • Trusted supply chain to source any other machining/component requirement to integrate into large, complex assemblies
